When to Expect Results
Provisional Results
Provisional Results are the instant/same-day results that are provided to Gold and Platinum members on the last day of the course (at the earliest) or the day following the course (at the latest).
Bronze members do not receive instant/same-day results.
Final Results
Gold and Platinum members receive the final results within 7 working days following the last day of the course.
Bronze members receive the final results within 10-14 business days after the following day of the course.
How to View Your Results
You'll need your last name and booking reference number.
You can also view your results in the GuardPass App.
Not received the results yet?
If you have not yet received your results, there is nothing to worry about.
Your results will be sent to you via email within 24-48 hours of completing the course.
We appreciate your patience in the matter.
The Process
After your exam, it's sent to the Awarding Organisation for marking.
Results are then uploaded to our website.
Remember, results are marked by an exam body, not your training provider or Get Licensed.
No one likes to wait, but we're here to make the process as smooth and quick as possible!
