Waiting for your results? Don’t worry—here’s everything you need to know about when you’ll get them and where to find them:
When to Expect Your Results
Security Courses:
Gold/Platinum Plan: Provisional results are updated on the same day. Certificates are issued within 2–3 working days.
Bronze Plan: Results will be available within 5–7 working days, and certificates will be issued after the complete results are released.
For CCTV: complete results are available within 5–7 working days for Gold/Platinum Plan learners, and within 14 working days for those on the Bronze Plan.
Personal Licence Training:
Results are available within 24 hours after the exam.
How to View Your Results
Open the GuardPass App.
Tap on the "View Results" button on the home screen.
Your results will be displayed there.

If it’s been longer than the expected timeframe and you haven’t received your results, contact our support team and we’ll help resolve the issue.
