How to Complete Your eLearning on the GuardPass App

  1. Download & Open the GuardPass App

    • If you haven’t downloaded the GuardPass App yet, go to your app store, search for “GuardPass,” and download it.

    • You can also download the GuardPass App using the buttons below:


  2. Create an account

    • Once the app is open, create an account using your email, or register with your Gmail account, Apple ID, or Facebook account.

  3. Click on "Complete eLearning"

    • In the app’s dashboard, find and tap the “Complete eLearning” option.

  4. Sign in using your surname and booking reference number

    • Enter your surname and booking reference number from the confirmation email you received when booking your course.

  5. Find the "Course Requirements" Section

    • After signing in, you will see the details of your upcoming course. Scroll down to the “Course Requirements” section. This is your checklist for completing your eLearning tasks.


  6. Start with "Coursework eLearning & Quizzes"

    • Begin with “Coursework eLearning & Quizzes.” You must complete all the tasks before the course starts otherwise you will be removed from the course and a rescheduling fee of £170 will apply.

  7. If this is your second course with Get Licensed.

    • If this is your second course with Get Licensed, simply tap on the back icon to go on the home screen.

    • Tap "Complete eLearning" again to enter the "My Bookings" screen and tap on "Add Booking" to login to your new course.

  8. Bonus Tip
