You can reschedule your dates directly from the GuardPass App if your course has not started. If your course has started, you need to get in touch with our support team to get a new date for your course.

Follow the steps to change your course dates
Step 1: Login to your GuardPass App and Tap view details or make a change
Step 2: Tap on "Reschedule Course"
Step 3: Choose whether to reschedule to a new date now or place your booking on hold
What's the difference?
Reschedule: Choose this option if you’re ready to immediately reschedule your course to a new date.
Need more time: Choose this if you need to put your course on hold for up to 6 months. Perfect if you’re not sure when you can attend next.
Step 4: Select a date that works for you and confirm your seat
Do I need to pay in order to reschedule?
Rescheduling is free if:
You are on the Gold/Platinum plan
Have not used both free attempts to reschedule
Are rescheduling at least 72 hours before the course
In any other case, the rescheduling fee will apply.
Can I upgrade my plan to reschedule for free?
You will be given an option to either pay the complete rescheduling fee, or upgrade your package to Gold when you reschedule.
