How can I book a Resit (Retake)?

Here's a step-by-step guide to book a retake

Follow this guide to book a resit using your GuardPass App.​

  1. View Your Results

    • Open the GuardPass App and head over to the eLearning section.

    • You will be able to view the following screen where you can view your results once you tap on "View Results".

  2. Book Retake

    • Once you tap on "View Results", your results will be displayed on the screen.

    • Please scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the "Book Retake" button.

    • Click on the button to view all available dates, select the one that suits you best and confirm.

    • You will also receive a confirmation email informing you of your resit details.

3. Unable to find "Book Retake" button

  • If you cannot find the Book Retake button in this section, you will need to reach out to the Customer Care Team of Get Licensed and they will book the resit for you.

  • The methods and details to the contact the team are provided on the same screen in the GuardPass App, as shown below:
