Follow this guide to book a retake using your GuardPass App.
Step 1: Login to the app and tap view results
Step 2: Tap book retake to see a list of available dates for your retake
Step 3: Select a date that works for you and book your seat. You will get a confirmation once booked
Please note, if you have failed any of your practical exams, you will not be able to book a resit (retake) through the GuardPass app. To arrange a resit (retake), you will need to either call our Customer Support Helpline or speak with one of our Support Specialists via live chat. We’re here to help and will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
