How to complete your ACT eLearning and download the certificates

ACT eLearning is no big deal! Just follow the steps below to be done in a jiffy!

Before you begin, it is preferable that you do the ACT eLearning on a laptop/desktop.

  1. Click on "Learn More" in the red-coloured box at the bottom right corner of the course.

  2. Click on "Create an Account and Subscribe."

  3. On the login page, if you're signing up for the first time, click on "Sign Up" below the login button.

  4. Enter your email address and click on "Sign Up."

  5. Fill in your details (first name, last name, number, and screen name).

  6. Choose "Email" for targeted messages and select any option for the remaining questions.

  7. Accept the terms and conditions.

  8. Click on "Create New Account."

  9. Check your inbox for the verification email.

  10. Open the email and click on the link to set your password (Note: The link can be used only once).

  11. Create your password and log in.

  12. Click on "Learning" and select "eLearning."

  13. Navigate to page 2 to find both "ACT Security" and "ACT Awareness eLearning."

  14. Click on "Subscribe to Training" for "ACT Security."

  15. Complete the course, save the certificate on your computer, and transfer it to your phone or take a screenshot.

  16. Repeat the same steps for "ACT Awareness eLearning."

  17. Save both certificates on your phone.

Unable to download the certificates? Simply follow these steps:

  1. If you are unable to view your certificates in this section, like shown in the image, it is possible that you may have completed the eLearning but the lessons have not been marked as complete:

  2. Simply head over to your eLearning again and tap on "Exit" for each lesson, as shown below:

  3. Once you click on "Exit", please scroll down and click on "Next" as shown in the image below:

  4. Repeat the above steps for all sections and then head over to the certificates section. You will be able to find the certificate now. Simply click on download and then save the certificates.
