Here's a step-by-step guide on how to reschedule your course from the GuardPass App

Need to reschedule your course? No worries, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how to do it in a few easy steps:

Rescheduling your course

Step 1: Login to your GuardPass App and Tap view details or make a change


Step 2: Tap on "Reschedule Course"

Step 3: Choose whether to reschedule to a new date now or place your booking on hold

What's the difference?


Reschedule: Choose this option if you’re ready to immediately reschedule your course to a new date.

Need more time: Choose this if you need to put your course on hold for up to 6 months. Perfect if you’re not sure when you can attend next.

Step 4: Select a date that works for you and confirm your seat


Do I need to pay in order to reschedule?

Rescheduling is free if:

  • You are on the Gold/Platinum plan

  • Have not used both free attempts to reschedule

  • Are rescheduling at least 72 hours before the course

In any other case, the rescheduling fee will apply.


Can I upgrade my plan to reschedule for free?

You will be given an option to either pay the complete rescheduling fee, or upgrade your package to Gold when you reschedule.


There are no dates available or the available dates do not work for me
