Can I cancel my booking?

Here's what you can do if you want to cancel your course

Updated over a month ago

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your plans, and you might need to cancel your course. Here’s a quick guide to help you understand our cancellation and rescheduling policies and what options are available if you need to make a change.

Cancelling Your Course

We offer refunds in limited circumstances. If you need to cancel your course:

  • You must contact us by phone or email within 14 days of booking to request a cancellation.

  • We will refund your payment minus a £150 handling and administration fee.

  • Please note: If your course is scheduled to start within 14 days of booking, you cannot cancel and only rescheduling is an option.

  • If you need to cancel due to medical reasons, you must provide evidence (e.g., a doctor’s letter). If accepted, we will refund your payment minus the £150 handling fee.

Cancellation policy for discounted courses: For discounted courses, we operate a strict no refund and no cancellation policy unless we cancel the course, or you have substantial and relevant medical reasons (evidence required, such as a doctor’s letter).

Our Cancellation of Your Course

If we need to cancel your course, you are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule. We will notify you as soon as possible, and you can choose between:

  • Accepting the new course arrangements,

  • Purchasing another course (we’ll adjust the price accordingly), or

  • Treating it as a cancellation and receiving a full refund.

Additional Options if You Can't Attend

If you can’t make it to your course, here are some flexible options:

Option 1:

Reschedule or Put Your Booking on Hold:
You can reschedule or hold your course with the same guidelines:

  • Notify us at least 48 hours before the course starts by phone or email, and pay the fee (if applicable).

  • You can reschedule for any available date within the next 6 months.

  • We allow up to two reschedules/Holds per booking.

  • If you do not attend within 6 months, a new booking is required.

Rescheduling/Hold fee:

  • Rescheduling is free on Gold/Platinum/Flexi+ and Premium plans if you notify at least 72 hours before your course date.

  • In any other case, a £170 fee will apply to reschedule or put your course on hold, regardless of the notice period.

Option 2:

Change the Name on the Booking: If you can’t attend, you can transfer your booking to someone else. Just let us know, and we’ll handle the details.
