Where can I find my certificates?

Here's where you can find your course certificates

Course certificates are issued within the following timeframes:

  • Door Supervisors, Security Guards, and Refresher Courses:

    • Gold/Platinum Plan members: within 2–3 working days.

    • Bronze Plan members: within 7 working days.

  • CCTV Course:

    • Gold/Platinum Plan members: within 7 working days of course completion.

    • Bronze Plan members: within 10–14 working days of course completion.

  • The First Aid certificate (provided you booked a First Aid course with us) is provided within 1-2 business days of completing the course for all members.

Here's how you can find your certificates:

  1. Head over to the Home Screen in your GuardPass App and tap on the tile for Certificates. (You might have to scroll towards the right)
